Resolved Question: Can I be arrested for this?

Okay so I wan't to go to this party with my best friend. There may or may not be underage drinking involved. Let's say that the cops bust the party, can my friend and I be arrested or charged If we never had anything to drink and our brethalizer says 0? It's just going to be a small birthday party with maybe 10 people tops. All we're going to do is watch some movies and hang out, maybe gossip about stupid people (haha just kidding). Yeah, so if my friend and I are surrounded by underage drunk people and we aren't drinking or haven't had anything to drink that night (or ever for that matter) can we be aressted?
